Printed with our signature plastisol ink and coated with our specially formulated adhesive powder, our Screen Printed Transfers give you an ultra soft feel without cracking, fading, or peeling for the life of the garment. We can vectorize any file type you have whether it’s JPG, Bitmap, or anything in between for an artwork fee of $30. There is no fee If you send us your artwork already in vector format.

Artwork Guidelines


The screen printing process requires crisp lines produced by vector based software. Send us your artwork in vector format and... no $30 recreate artwork fee! :)

Text

Convert all text to “outlines” in Adobe Illustrator and “curves” in Corel Draw.

Lines & Details

1pt minimum for lines so that they show up clear and properly.

Knockouts

2pt minimum for knockouts so they don’t fill in and you can feel that soft garment underneath.

Gradients

Convert gradients to halftones. Make sure they aren’t too small to keep them from filling in.

Open bottom of garment & slide on platen.

4 / Pre-Press Garment

This will remove moisture
and wrinkles for an even press.

5 / Position Transfer

Ensure transfer is not on
wrinkles, seams, or creases.

6 / Press Transfer

Press at settings determined by garment type.

7 / Peel Transfer

Life the lid on the press
& peel transfer while hot.

8 / Make Some Money

Garment is ready for sale.

Heat Press Settings


For Most Standard Garments:

  • • 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester
  • • Cotton/Poly Blends
  • • Cotton/Spandex (All Blends)
  • • Spandex/Poly (All Blends)
  • • Most Nylons: TEST

Set Heat Press To:

  • Temperature: 320°F / 160°C
  • Pressure: Medium (6-8) / 40-50 PSI
  • Time: 10-12 sec

For Low Melting Point Materials:

  • • Non-woven Polypropylene

Set Heat Press To:

  • Temperature: 275°F / 135°C
  • Pressure: Medium (6-8) / 40-50 PSI
  • Time: 10-12 sec
